Essentials Best time to go
It is generally sunny and dry most of the year; coastal areas benefit from the ocean breeze to maintain pleasant temperatures. Like many areas, there is a dry season (May - October) and a rainy season (March - May and November - December). The temperature during the day and night can vary extremely, so we suggest some warm layers for chilly evenings that can be removed in the warmer daytime.
