Currency: Australian Dollar (AUD) Climate: With a tropical climate, the Northern Territory has two distinct wet and dry seasons. The dry season runs from May to October with average temperatures around 32°C. The wet season is between November and April with high humidity and thunderstorms. Temperatures inland can reach 39°C.
