This 12-day Chilean adventure begins in Santiago, and then heads out to explore salt flats, unique ecosystems, rich wetlands and national parks. Begin with a city tour to see Santiago’s top sites, then take a flight to San Pedro de Atacama. Walk through Kezala, a canyon that connects the Andes with the basin of the Atacama Salt Flat. You will also get to see the amazing geyser field ‘El Tatio’, a high altitude, geothermal field with over 80 geysers. In Puerto Varas, you can enjoy beautiful views of the snowy Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes and the Petrohue Waterfall. On a trip to Chiloé Island, tour various towns, see houses built of Alerce wood and stop at Gamboa Viewpoint for a stunning picture of the Palafitos (houses on stilts over water). In Puerto Natales, spend time in Torres del Paine National Park, admiring the stunning scenery as you travel through the park and embark on a three-hour cruise to see Glacier Grey. Your last stop will be Viña del Mar.
